If you're a tween and you've found 12:34, you're looking for something a little different than what many kid craft sites have to offer; toilet paper roll crafts might not seem as cool as they once did and perhaps you're looking to try your hand at something with a little more style. At 12:34, we hope to bridge the gap between projects for little kids and projects geared towards teenagers and adults. We try our hand at art, crafting, stamping - if we think it's cool - we'll try it. Thanks for dropping by! N&K

Back to Life

We have been living with one computer in our family for 2 months. Lesson: we don't share well. But alas, everything is back to normal and life is as it should be.

Art journaling has taken a back seat to speed stacking in Ki Ki's world as of late. Literally, she can fill a day with drills and practicing, but the rainy summer days have slowly been calling her back to the art studio and experimentation has filled many a gloomy hour as of late. Back in June, we did a joint art project...a small painting for her teacher as an end of year thank you gift. It is a variation of a page from my art journal that Kia really loves, in fact we've made a few versions as cards and gift holders since. Her teacher seemed to really appreciate the piece, so it's all good in the end.

Kia has an art prompt to share, but the tv seems to have a firm hold at the moment.
